The location was quiet, not far from the Main Street and Negombo / Sri Lanka and all the shops and restaurants, in a calm area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Peacock Pub. The rooms were spotless and brand-new, reasonably priced, with aircon. The breakfast was savoury and exceptionally nice and there was a lot of food to choose from.

We did not want to leave, 100% recommend. It was truly a VERY NICE stay for one night. - the hotel met our needs. - Everyone from the staff was helpful and amicable. - the room we got was big size with aircon, the fan, and clean toilet.

The owners were welcoming and helpful, provided early check-in and offered tea/coffee. Fantastic breakfast and excellent cleanliness. Friendly family atmosphere. Fresh seafood and reasonably priced beer available. Small but clean room with AC and fan.
